I'm thinking about buying the ecu editor parts so I can Ditch the pc3 and tre and just flash my ecu myself but it seems the website is pretty old and not updated. Also the software download doesn't seem to work.. Any one have info on this or where I can buy a fully functional setup to flash myself

Ya I believe in his website he says he only works the website thing one or two days a weeks and ships one day a week. I ordered a wiring harness not to long ago and got the next week just as expected.

Ditch the tre regardless.
You may need the PC3 if you ever want a dyno tune. Not all tuners know how to tune with Ecu Editor. The basic flash settings are fairly simple.
Ecu Editor can adjust air/fuel as well (eliminating the need for a Power Commander), but that is dyno tune or auto tune only. To adjust air/fuel otherwise is just guessing, and very bad.
It would be cheaper to just have your ecu flashed. Unless you want to get into data logging, and you'll need the Woolrich software as well to do that.
