Is it normal for a kickstand to do this?

I would say that mine has the same amount of play that you show with your second video.
I am getting a 08, that I think is the same as the 99 for $25.00, Monday and let you all know how that works out.

It came of a 08.

I just measured my old kickstand movement 3/4 of an inch,
to the newer one 1/2 of an inch.
That is from the pad, or the end that rests on the ground.
The newer one came from an 08, but I don't know how often he placed his on the kickstand compared too how much I did.
I just wonder how much a new one moves?
