Intercooler size help ?

Please help regarding the dimensions of the intercooler.
Currently I'm not near the bike so I can not measure.
Does this intercooler can tuck under the tank on the Hayabusa?

its the 9" wide thats the important size, those 4x4x12 are just too wide

I personally wouldn't buy any ebay intercooler, you do get what you pay for
