hey guys, long time lurker first time poster. I'm looking to get a nice set of cans or full system for my gen 2 but am finding it hard to source a set in my local area for a decent price. I can however get access to a store that has a massive range of 1000 pipes both full systems and cans. Has anyone here successfully fitted another bikes slip ons without too much fussing around? They also do full systems for the 1250 bandit, how far different would this be fitting wise? Cheers.

A gen1 full system or slipons will fit a gen2 (or vice versa) but the mufflers need sliding hangers.
As the gen1 and 2 passenger pegs/muffler mounts are in different locations and several inches apart.
Otherwise you'll have to fab a small rectangular bracket with a bolt hole in each end(some mufflers have the mount hole welded in a fixed location).
