Intake valve problem.....

Need the opinion of the gurus for my problem:
I have a 2003 model with 08 crank,standard bore je pistons 13.2 compression,titanium valves and 08 springs,
mild port and polish head, webs 0.395/0.378 cams.
I replace my previus cylinder head because had a crack, with a used one in good condition and after that my problems starts...
About 1200 miles with the new head i had 2 burn intake valves (the other 6 was in poor condition) and 3 melted pistons to the
intake side only(the exhaust valves was in very good condition).
The bike never runs on a lean condition(it was to the rich side) and we had check the valve lash 600 miles after the rebuild and
everything was ok(0.005 to the intake side).
After that i replace all the intake valves with new, replace the pistons, but after 1900 miles i have 2 burn intake valves again
No lean condition,no pushing hard,no overheating, premium pump gas,we had check the valve lash again 600 miles after the rebuild
was ok 0.005,no any strange noise, new ECU,street only bike......
Please boys i need your advice.
Thanks

@busagreek

burned valves?

the motor ran to lean i would say.
att.: to meassure the real! co/afr/lambda value u have to meassure without any cat, means pull one exhaust damper + the cat before taking the values.

where are u from? greek? your nick makes me think so

i have a ´04 motor here in berlin in best conditions - 56000 km old (for sale)

questions :

pistons and cylinders are not damaged at all?
I would recommend a replacement head
repairing the old one is insanely expensive
