Intake exhaust cam swap!!

I was reading today about swaping out the exhaust cam for another intake cam. I guess it indexs the cam in a differant location..so you have to replace the spocket with an ajustable one. Has anyone done this...or is it not worth the time vs HP gain?

you will gain 6 hp, you don't have to replace the sproket if you know how an engine works mechanicly. i didn't replace the sproket but you can't use the new int cam mark cause your timing will be out.

I don't know what your talking about! I've seen bikes gain up to 10-12 HP with the right person doing the job and degreeing the cams properly. It is well worth the $$$$$.
