Intake Air Temperature ?

Hi,

I ordered a gauge with two temperature sensors (before and after the intercooler), but I wonder how much is the maximum allowable temperature of the intake air (after intercooler) at boost on 11 & 14 PSI (I have two spring for wastegate)?

What intercooler do you have?

An ultra 1000 you can expect to see 10-15 degrees over ambient air temp.

I learned lesson about that intercooler. If you get an air pocket in there, it can be super hard to get out and deceive a novice like me that there is a problem. It will be rich and sif its too hot. Should almost be able to feel the heat exchanger up front and the plenum and not feel a huge difference.
