Installation ABS on the K9

Hi friends!
Decided to establish its K9 ABS Systems. Searched the entire internet, but did not find Diagram wiring abs hydraulik unit.:-(
HELP:please:
Will be very grateful!

I think you are pulling a Star Trek on this one buddy. You are where no man has gone before. All I can do is wish you luck!

I suppose you can matchup an 09 and whatever year ABS you have wiring diagrams and see if you can find everything you need for the abs. on the sensor side you probably only need engine RPMs. But control side that's a major nightmare. Still however, I'm sure they didn't re-invent the wheel so it's probably possible if you are clever enough. I looked into this and decided it was cheaper to take everything off my 09, sell it, then buy an ABS 13 and start all over.

Thank you!
Price setting used kit is $ 700 cheaper than replacing a new Busu: Смеяться:
Maybe there is someone Service Manual 2013-2015?

Not looked at the Busa but the B-King came out with and without ABS a while back.
One guy looked into fitting it and when he found out the amount of stuff he'd need
he soon gave in!

What do you call "all" ?
Hoses, wiring loom, wheel sensor plates and pick ups,
how much electrics are involved or different from the non-ABS version?

No reason it can't be done if you swap enough parts!

Im thinking it would be easiest to replace the entire engine management system with the ABS version.

everything except the harness, it will be made by hand. instrument panel also will be changed.
When everything is set, write and show pictures))

PS I'm sorry, I communicate through an online translator

Diamond, your doing fine, if English isn't your natural tongue.

Good luck with the conversion,
I admit its not something I'd do,
I'd buy an ABS bike a swap over any worthwhile parts I wanted.

I'd be very interested to hear how you get on.
It's not something I'm familiar with.
I look forward to some updates.

Good luck!

Tony

I have every thing off of my 2013,
except the rear hard lines, i had to cut them to remove them from the bike.
I am also planing on swapping the harness on the bike, but have not done that yet.
So if you can wait, till i swap the harness, i will have the following for sale
ABS pump
Front lines, the hard as well as the flex lines
Front ABS sensor
Rear ABS sensor
Part of the rear lines, {not sure what was cut, the input or the ouput?}
Complete 2013 harness.

Other things you will need
Wheels to accept the speed sensor rings
Possible Gauge cluster, it does have an indicator light in it.
Rear lines either made up or OEM

Let me know if you are interested, and ill take pics!

John

impressive bit of work...well done...have you added up the final cost?...including your time and additional materials to make the wiring harness etc

That's very impressive. You need to write this up and tell us how you did this as there are a lot of people who would love to know what all was involved.

Thank you!
Photos and descriptions do later.
Parts were about $ 700, something new, something to used with ebay.
Installation did himself
