Install pod lights set need help!!!

Got a quick problem, I installed the pod lights again on my bike after removing them before. Now they are installed correctly and everything is where there suppose to be but my problem is the lights are not as bright as before. Pretty much they're are just dim. I change out the fuse and everything and they are all functioning as suppose to be but I got thing on whats the issue. Any suggestions!

temporarily disconnect the power and/or ground, and run thicker wires directly from the battery to the lights (can use jumper cables) and see if they are brighter. If so, you have a bad connection somewhere. Then try ground and power sides one at a time to see if it is a problem with the ground or power going to the lights. First guess would be bad ground, second would be wires/plugs/connections not thick/big/good enough to hold the amps required.
