Ok this might sound like crazzy ass new age crap but I have a Rain CD that I listen to at night and it puts me to sleep everytime. It's the white noise really that does it.

Don't get the jungle rain CD cuz the freaking birds annoy me.  

I love those....I actually have four different ones and Pure Moods! You just reminded me I even owned them LOL!
