Injector balance

So I bought a boost by Smith flasher. I went In to the injector balance and put everything at 50. I did this only in A mode and even under MS. I disabled modes. The secondaries are not firing I’m getting almost 12 volts at start up. If I put the bottom connectors on top then the tops work. I just bought these 650 injectors I swapped stock back in and still nothing. I know they worked before because I was using a pc5 ans bike ran perfect before. Also used power commander and took off. I’m getting all the same top injectors not firing.

Am I missing something simple with the flash. I pulled current off and shows the 50 in balance.

First off, don’t put everything at 50. Keep it at 100 and blend it down to 50 after 40% throttle.
