....There was the DIY cafe racer. This is one I built from a stock 1974 Z1a Kawi. Dunstall fiberglass fairing (You had to hand-fit everything), Tomaselli clip-ons, Yoshimura cams, Yosh racing exhaust (No baffle), port & polished heads, Carbs bored from 28mm to 31mm, 1070cc big-bore kit (903 stock) and probably more that I can't seem to remember. About 120-130 BHP and an absolute terror to ride... :)

I bet with 120hp on that bike it would be scary.

That one brings back memories. I remember when the first 900s came out, they were awsome. So were the 500 and 750 3 bangers, Two strokes. I think I was 15 years old about that time.:thumbsup:

I had the 2 stoke triple 500 and yes it was death on 2 wheels.
My friend had a 750 triple on a 500 frame and it was sick.
