In serach of a photo

I'm searching for a photo that floated around the internet a while back.  It's a shot of a stationary roadside radar station that reads "199 mph".

Anyone have that photo, or know where it is?  I always thought it was in this gallery, but I haven't seen it.

My local stationary radar normally doesn't pick me up. It is in a 35mph zone and if it does pick me up, it is only 2 digits anyways so it just flashes "99" if I am over 100.
