The wife and I are are going to the northeast on vacation in a few weeks. We are flying into Boston and will hit Caimbridge, Portland, Greenville, Lincoln...ect. We are looking for some fantastic dining (mainly seafood). Being from the blast furnace known as Texas and having never been to the northeast, I am in need of recommendations from some of the local riders who KNOW where the good stuff is served...

No Name restaurant downtown Boston. Also, if you want some GREAT Italian food, stop into one of the many restaurants in the "North End" of Boston.

BTW, stay away from Matapan and Jamaica Plain at night.

New England Culinary Institute, Montpelier & Essex Junction (on Lake Champlain) upstate Vermont runs 6-7 restaurants/deli's, award winning meals. An experience you won't forget.

Just not the one at Logan, it sucks compared to the real one. Actually if you hit the one downtown you can do the city walk before/after and it makes for a great evening

The one down by the park plaza hotel or Prudential. then you can walk over to Newbury street or even over to Fenway
