bare with me this is just the airbrush sketch stage, more layers and refining to come. the police car is from a pic of the new chargers they have. the numbers and lettering on the car are for placement, i will be straightening them and painting them, and other codes on the car with a fine paintbrush by hand. also i will be shading the car with the airbrush. the car will be parked on a brooklyn pier. there will be letering ghosted in the sky reading "never forget". the lights of the twin towers will be bright and the water will be glistening just as i remember...never forget.
