wise words are always appreciated bro-wish I could get those rims n save myself a bundle right now, but Im deep in the hole and unless I trip over a bag'o cash, I'm gonna be working hard for the next few months just to get even on things sad.gif
o well-mebbe I can catch the next sale....

Go big or GTFO, IMO.

I personally think stretching without going fatter, looks dumb. It doesn't look right proportionately.

16' long bike on 10-speed tires = ghey.

I'm with you on the size, kinda. 6'4"/245. I'm going big.

whoa....old thread here-sorry Mike to bust the bubble, but I didnt even get rims yet, got skeerd that CF wont hold up to all the street abuse Id be throwin at'em with WI n IL pot-holes all over where I commute...

but I wont be going big-after seeing a few Busas with fat-tire kits in person, i know they are not for me.
I also plan on doing LSR racing at Maxton this year, so any wider-than-oem rim would be like a crutch for the bike, slowing me way down. sticking with stockers for now, hoping to get some exposure n hopefully pick up sponsord rollers after Maxton if I do well in May beerchug.gif

bike looks pretty good +9" w/OEM size rear, IMO
