Im back from tha Great White North...

took off for my vacation spot with the Wife on Sunday, stayed there til Weds. Snow all over, never above 25 deg. the whole time...snowed every day while we were there too-not too much, inch or two n then it'd stop for hours, n start back up.

got to sit n snuggle by the open-face fireplace in our kitchen, listen to Xmas songs, and chop LOTS of wood! great chance to relax n do...well, nothing! it was great!

on top of that, I got to do some off-roading with my truck, and I didnt even break it!

Just remember a couple of things:

1. if you move those pics in your photobucket folder it will break the link and they will no appear in the threads

2. all of those photos can be googled and viewed by other people if you post your links like you did earlier

I had my jeep in an interesting situation the other day... I'll just say that one rear wheel was hanging over a ditch, the other was compressed so low I thought I broke the axle, and only two wheels were touching the ground (in addition to part of my undercarriage).  It took two of my friends sitting on the hood to bring a third wheel in contact with the ground (and tip me up off the undercarriage) so I could drive out.

From my previous experiences, I *know* jeeps are built to take that kind of stuff... I'm not so sure about durangos.  They probably share a lot from the mopar parts bin though.

If you hit the frame rail that hard on a rock I'm surprised you didn't put some kind of disfigurement into it.  Looks like fun though.
