That's a concept vehicle for the future and is not a reality yet. Pretty F'n cool though!
It reminds me of them little spring loaded critters at the park. Remember, 40-50 lbs of steel supported by an old coil spring... Yeah those were fun, unless you fell off while rocking too hard and the recoil of the spring drives the leading edge of this 50 pound snail into your cranium like a freaking pile driver... You'd think college kids would know better....
