2003 Model. For years on de-acceleration, the rpms will momentarily hang at approx 1900 before dropping to 1200. And while stopped, the idle will surge from 11 to 19 and hang for a minute or two then drop to 11 and will generally repeat. The idle never hangs between 11 to 19. Adjusting the idle screw results in 11 or up to 19 never in between. Thoughts? Greatly appreciate a better understanding of what’s happening and why.
