I purchased the HID kit that KS-waterbug setup. I'm warming up the low-beam right now, and it's friggin' unbelievable!

Man I can't believe how bright that sucker is. People are gonna see my Busa-ridin' Azz from a LONG way away.

HID RULES!

Just what I wanted to hear....mines coming. Good investment huh?

So I installed the hi-beam first, and made the mistake of looking into it. My retina was seared, and I saw a big spot in the middle of my vision for a few minutes.

You can't burn your retina with Halogen!

High Intensity Discharge. Unlike halogen lights, which use a filament, the light from a true HID is an arc between two electrodes.

Not to be confused with these Xenon bulbs that you can find on eBay. Basically, if it has a filament, it's not true HID.

I would put everything back together on the bike, but guess what?

IT'S RAINING...Go figure.
