use fireforx instead of crappy internet explorer and then download and use Super Anti Spyware. It has a free version that does everything that the full does mostly except for monitoring. I have had the worst of the worst worms etc and this is the only program that has ever been able to get rid of it. Works a ton better than anything in the store. Check it out. you will not be disappointed!
