Heck, always check under the rear fender or whatever is left back there, if it is coated in rubber, then you know someone ran the piss out of it. Hopefully this bike will be a nice ride..... Luckily, the motor is a very reliable motor and can take being run into the gournd and still be reliable. Good Luck!

For that kind of money, you can nab something NICE, elsewhere.
I got the runaround from a lot of dealers, don't trust most of them. I finally ended buying mine
