i was going through some videos and came across this new rider first pull about a month ago. Seems to be his first pull like this ever on a motorcycle filmed in Mexico

I don't know but I think the absolute last place I want to get popped for speeding is Mexico. Then again maybe a few hundred pesos and they will escort you to the nearest taco stand. ;<)
