I need help with swingarm swaps!!!

I bought a Trac Dynamics Gen1 swingarm off craigs list. I have a Gen2 busa. the swingarm wobbles or moves in all directions on the bolt that goes through the framr and theres a 1/4'' or so gap on depending on what ever side of the bolt you slide the swingarm to. Has any one ever had this prob?? Any help will be great!! this is my 3rd busa so im not a novice by any means.lease:

Make sure your caps are on both sides of swingarm bearing. They are inside the frame of bike on the outside of the swingarm... They look like big washers!!!
