I lost mine and replaced it, they could not get one that would match up with my master unit other than to arm and disarm. You are probably stuck with buying a new alarm.
Mine was direct from them also. I got it and tried it and all it would do is arm/disarm. Sent it back with the module and they could not get anything else to work.
