I need a little system admin help

I have a couple of projects that i need a little help with... One is pretty simple and the other is more indepth... The first one will need broadband access and a LOT of time........

The second needs to be a little more specalized and I need someone with HTML, some scripting and a good creative mind... I dont want to hurt anyones feelings but I will needs to kinda interview whoever is interested, this could be a lot of fun for someone.....
