I hit a deer going 60 and it exploded. (Hunting with a 500lb bullet.)

Hi guys...new to the board.... Im suprised to see Im not the only one that has gotten a deer. I clipped mine at about 60 miles an hour a few months ago too. Getting on the interstate early in the morning (always ride to work) and had a pack of four run across me. It did a number on my bike...luckily all cosmetic so Im rebuilding as we speak. Just extremely suprised Im not the only one I thought it was rare.

woke up in intensive care a week after hitting a telegraph pole at 80mph,20 odd hours of surgery in two different hospitals,a helicopter ride and more metalwork added to my pelvis and legs than the terminator has............don't remember a thing!
