It was disappointing today on the phone with Dave . I spared them the point of they are quiet a bit higher than competitors . Selection , loyalty points , and Dave kept me as a customer .

Good day Pro bolt . Today I spoke to Dave about not being able to apply my points to my latest order . Loyalty points , and selection are what made you stand out over the competition. Simply getting 750 points for a birthday always put a smile on my face . Dave said his hands were tied , and nothing he could do to apply my unused points . Dave also said corporate e mails were sent out to customers to use points before the end of November .
If you look at my order history you can see my order in November for my wife's bike . Had I known the points would of been applied to that order .

Well im sure one of their kids won't be going to college if losing you as a customer. Honestly with just the idea of what we see you spend with them it's ridiculous for someone not to go out of their way to give you something. That's ther one thing I have a Love hate relationship with at my shop is how much they will give away to make a customer happy.

I don’t even see it as them giving him something. They would be assuring that he’s a happy and (repeat) customer. Not doing so almost certainly assures that he won’t. Which scenario makes sense?

Well that just sucks - for all the neat product of their’s that you’ve “showcased” (well since I’ve been here anyway) you’d figure they would be sending you free samples ! Technically they should have at least applied the balance to your last order and not stuck you with worthless “points”..... not a good business model to follow.

I meant like give him a discount equal to what his points would have been, at my work they give away so much free labor and parts it's ridiculous but it does exactly what you said and leaves the customer happy and returning. And I don't think whatever they could have done would of been giving him anything since the way I see it it was already his since he had the points.

So you did not get a e mail either to use them by November 2019 ? For those that wonder the points value every 100 points is $1.00 usd off the total in cart purchase . rd99 had 22.00 off his next purchase . The points accumulate like many auto stores . Spend 50 dollars , and get XXX points for the purchase .
Revzilla cash is the same deal .

This is a dumb policy by this company....I recall the time when gift cards for the major stores were time expired...our government made this a thing of the past (one of the few things they've done right) now the cards don't time expire....

Doesn't sound like they thought that through. When it's time for me to indulge, I'll be going with your new supplier!

I started buying from them last year and the point system seemed like a nice gesture but not a big deal for me,however you have been a long time customer and they failed to contact you about the change.......that shows a lack of respect for their loyal customers.

The only e-mail I received from them in Nov. was 750 points for my B'day.......LOL

I’ve been buying from Pro bolt for a while now as well. I bought almost $600 worth of titanium from them for my ‘78 GS1000. And multiple fairing and engine kits over the last 5-6 years or so. I’ve always loved their products but I was pretty unhappy with the kit I got for my Busa fairings. I ended up ordering some new countersunk screws and washers instead of the crap they sent me. I don’t recall getting an email in November about points either.

Well that sucks. Sometimes companies/businesses lose thousands trying to save $10 bucks and the new potential business loss can’t even be calculated. Watched this dealer deny a warranty on a wheel sensor replacement, because the vehicle was 2 days out of warranty. Guy took it to an independent shop and turned out to just be the connector that had problems, which dealer could’ve fixed and not spend but a few dollars. Now I’m sure that owner will never purchase another vehicle from that dealer.
