this is the Shoei helmet (r-900) made for the Hayabusa in 2003 and sold through Suzuki. They had them 37% off. I think it was $350 shipped or there about's.

Beautiful helmet!  I did that for my 06 LE.  Very nice helmet.  The wife told me to buy it (said it "matched the bike").  Never it be said that I would ever disagree with my lovely wife.
