Hugger and Undertail install

I am getting ready to install my hugger and undertail that I got from HPC this weekend. In preparation, I have some questions. Do I have to remove the exhaust to slide the hugger into position?

Has anyone installed the undertail yet? I can't understand those instructions that came with it. The pictures are unviewable and I don't know how to remove the things that i have to remove. Anyone able to provide better instructions for me?

Also what do I have to do to remove the rear reflectors? They don't seem to want to just unscrew.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Warchild, bmwbutch have installed the huggers, as for the reflector bolts spinning is because on the inside of the undertail they have nuts , you have to secure the nuts 10mm with a wrench, pliers etc... to undo the screws, to do this , take out the push pin clips from the stock undertail, and you should be able to open up the undertail from the tail cowling to put a spanner in there to undo the nuts or hold them in place.
