Can anyone describe to me how to stop the clutch grabbing without going to the Schnitz solution?

I have heard others talk about "welding the dogs," but I would like to KNOW what to do before I get into exploratory surgery.

Any info much appreciated.

Dirty Pete: U have to weld the clutch drive cam to the clutch driven cam ( part number 21610-02F12 ). You have to make sure they are paralell to eachother other than that its just go ahead and fire up the old Lincoln arc welder and do it. After U have done it U have to either put new spring in the clutch or put a washer ( or several ) to stiffen up the springs. Easy Peasy..........
Even an American can do it so why not a Canadian ? heheheeheh
