How to replace rear breaks

My rear breaks are out, can you recommend some good replacement pads, and some instructions on how to replace them? It's it a hard task? I have general Mechanic experience.

Recommendation would be to open the Service Manual. You can download it for free off the board if you don't have one. HH pads are nice.
