How to fix neutral light to shifter

I have the same problem the neutral light is gone out but it still shifts into gear fine then and I can find neutral fine but I want the neutral light to always be on when it's in neutral what do you think I should do and where is the neutral sensor located is it on the outside of the motor

The gear position sensor is located behind the clutch basket... it takes some disassembly to get to. Very common Gen2 (and B-King) problem. Only really a problem if you like to idle your bike on the sidestand... since the bike doesn't know it's in neutral, it immediately shuts off when the sidestand is deployed.
