put it on a stand hold the brake and move the wheel front to back if it moves they are worn. They may look ok but if they move replace them, changed mine at 20,000

Just try moving the sprocket while the wheel is stationary. If the sprocket is loose or rattly the rubbers are gone

I GO TO THE TRACK AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK AND STILL HAVE THE ORIGINAL CUSHES.

INSPECTED THEM LAST TIRE CHANGE AGAIN AND THEY STILL LOOK FINE
