Nice but I put mine in the house so I can work on it if needed or I think of something I want to add.

Keeps it almost as warm as me.

I don't... cause I am a ryda.

On occasion, we do get a break in weather, all stuff melted and gone, and the next snowfall is in a day or two. Not to mention, all maintenance needs to be done. The only thing I do is adding fuel stabilizer.

Rub it in !!!:moon: No worries, I have two others ponies modded for yr round riding.

Here in Cali, the bird is never caged. But if I had to make room in the garage, that bird perch isn't a bad idea:beerchug:

I don't store mine either in Ct. As long as there's No snow or Ice on the road, I'm Golden..:beerchug:

So you don't care if it gets salt on it? ???

Were I live they use so much salt (have to use up this years amount to get the same or more next year) that I know my bikes
would/have come back with salt on the wheels and undercarriage - So I don't/won't ride until we get a few good rains and the temps are up enough.

Hell NO! When spring comes, I take off every piece of bodywork and clean everything. We deal with the salt every year on all our vehicles. I'll be Dam if I'd let salt stand between me and enjoying the winter on my bikes.:yes:

Year round on my DR650 and 500 ninja. I hose them off after pulling into the garage. Easy to do when you have heat, and hot and cold water plumb in the garage.

I see by your "Places I traveled on my Busa" you have never been to MI.

I can guarantee you that you would not ride year round in Michigan. The amount of salt is probably double what gets used on your roads.
Not to mention the temps are colder for a lot longer during the year.

I have not seen one motorcycle out riding around, so far this year. Heard on the news that we have 4 times the amount of snow that we normally have at this time of year.

But I'm glad to see that some of you can ride and enjoy one of my favorite things to do.

I don't know what this winter thing is ... It's 80 today and yesterday I got to ride so many twisties my legs are sore.

BroHam, salt, sand or black ice anit gonna stop me from riding on the streets here or in Mi. Foul weather and jack up road conditions will only slow me down. I can remember one cold a$$ moring lbefore leaving work my tires were stuck to the concrete. It took almost 15 mile of riding for the rea tire to warm up to get rid of the flat spot. It was like riding on a brick. You just have to know how to dress and setup the bike for da cold. Also, I carry a Micro start anti gravity battery as a backup for those harsh (temps below 10 degrees) cold mornings.

Snow over an inch will make me pull out my FJ cruiser.
