How do you set up Hayabusa's suspension

I weigh 260lbs. so what would be the best settings for my Hayabusa front and back. Also, what is spring loading, do you want more or less with my weight. How about rebound, do I need more or less. Finally, how about compression? I would appreciate any advice regarding settings.

Depends on how you want to ride it. I wanted good responsive handling and didn't have the money to get the suspension changed so I worked with the stock parts.

I come in at 300 lbs. and used the Ohlins method to set my suspension.

Set front and rear preload to 30mm of sag. With the stock springs you'll end up with no static sag.

Set the damping to the stock settings. Then tighten the rebound 2-3 clicks and loosen the compression 2-3 clicks front and rear. The damping will have to be tweaked to suit your preference.

This was for a handling setup, again your preferences may vary.
