How do you launch a Busa for a nine second run?

My first pass on the 00'Busa was a 10.55 135 mph with a 1.77 60ft. I'm about 220lbs. The bike is all stock, 280 miles on it. The problem was getting it in gear. I had to back off the gas so much I wasted alot of time. I got a fairly clean past and went 10.30 137 mph with a 1.77 60ft. My best 60ft was a 1.72.
