Click the manage attachments below the reply window. A pop up will have a few buttons, Browse to the pic you want and double click. Then click upload and close the window. At that point you should see the file name below the reply window. Then click post reply. I might mention also the pic has to be a certain size, resize to (I believe) 640x640 and you should be fine.
