House mouse wants to start her own forum

The wife wants to start her own forum about horses. Not sure even where to begin. Someone point me in the right way.

Some providers provide an easy way to install forum software. I'm using Modhost for my sites, and there are 3 or so different forum software choices that can be installed via an easy to use web interface. I don't run any forums myself, but it isn't too hard to set something up...
