Hoses On Gas Tank

Ok so I'm here bc I always get the answers that I need here. Two things. 1st: I ordered a super spring bc I'm a heavy rider (320 lbs) and my tail light along with some wires for led strips were damaged from the tail rubbing. Question.. does the super spring being about an inch to an inch and a half shorter than the stock have a negative effect on the riding height? 2nd. When I changed the spring I noticed that there were 3 Hoses( 2 connected to the tank) and hanging down but I can't figure where they connect to. I have a 2nd Gen busa

Our heavier springs aren't shorter especially on bikes that aren't extended will have a great effect.. We spec each one to the bike and rider setup, not just throw a bigger psi spring with off dimensions..Ride Safe

The hoses don't connect to anything. They run through the hole in the belly fairing, the one under the rectifier. One hose is a vent and the other is the overflow.
