Justin, one of your co-workers made an STT instuctor very happy...
From the STT board:
-----------------------------------------------
After having three different generators(one new and
two used ones) made in China, and all lasting a a maximum of 3 1/2 years, I
decided that after my latest one bit the dust at Road Atlanta I would buy a
quality generator. So, I set out on a search to find someone that sold Honda or
Yamaha generators at a great price. Obviously, the Honda and Yamaha brand are of
the highest quality and so the object of my search then became, where could I
find one at a great price. I started searching the internet.....google searches,
ebay, etc. Over on the WERA racing forum the name that kept coming up was a
fellow at Honda East Toledo that would work with you on pricing. I contacted the
salesman named Scott Johnson (Toledo East) and told him that I was looking for
pricing on the Honda EU 6500 or the Yamaha EF 6300 inverter style generators.
Without naming specific pricing, I can say that the Yamaha generator was just
what I was looking for.

The way the process worked was as smooth as
anything that I've bought on the internet and pricing was the best that I had
found in all of my searching. The generator was ordered with a $200 deposit, the
invoice of the deal was emailed to me and signed by Scott. I printed out and
signed the invoice, scanned it (you could also print it out and mail it back if
you didn't have a scanner) and sent it back to him. About a week later, the
generator came in and I sent the remaining balance to him and he made
arrangements to have the generator shipped to a trucking facility in my area
(Knoxville, TN). When the generator arrived at the dock, I went to pick it up
and brought it home. The generator was ready to go......battery installed and
charged, 1/4 tank of fuel in it, oil in the engine. Basically unpack it and
start it up and use it.

If you are looking for a generator, this IS the
place to buy from! Great customer service from Scott, plenty of emails to keep
you informed of what was going on, and a smooth transaction from start to
finish. So, here is the info about Honda East.

Shipping prices will certainly vary, depending on your location and
distance from Honda East, but I can say that even including the shipping cost, I
saved approx. $800 over retail cost of the generator. Plus, I live in a state
that they do NOT collect sales tax, saving me even more money. If you are in the
market for a new generator, this is the place to check out.

Great post Keith.
Justin is great and I always post my positive expierence in every transaction I do with him.
Now if they made shop mechanics in his style..

Honda East strikes again!

I met Vernon over the summer at Bald River Falls. Seemed like a really nice guy.

Awesome job. I have got 2 friends that will call up Justin now before going to the dealership right down the road. I will continue to spread the word. Its really surprising what good customer service will get you these days.

Hey Justin, Scott told me he'd sell me a 2012 1000RR for $500 and you weren't man enough to beat that price and he was taking over your "Busa Boys" as you call us. Your not gonna stand for that, are ya?

Seems like all those Toledo boys know how to do business, keep it up

I am ordering a new graphix set for the dirt bike through them. Nobody could touch there price, not even a sonsored racer who tried to help me out.
So far everything has gone smoothly. I have bought a good amount of stuff from Justin. Always quick response and delivery.

HONDA EAST JUSTIN for president!!!!
