Just started my very first batch of it. Hope it turns out edible! I don't plan on it being perfect the first time around, but I did lots of research before hand so that it will be pretty dang close to perfect. I am sure some of you have made it before, any tips?

Looks good! Just remember to trim ALL fat and try several recepies, soy, teriaki, brown sugar, use a very lean meat, venison makes great jerky, have fun...
 
well it all turned out good, except the flavor. It was way too strong for my taste. I will try again. My daughter and the dog love it, I guess it wasn't too bad.
