haven't really done anything but slow, short rides to work...working out the heat issues still. Plus I haven't done the small air box/PCIII new map yet. I'm still running the stock map.

So nothing to write home about yet, but I'm chomping at the bit to finish the mods and new map and give it a go.

I'd love to do it today but it's...mom's B-day

so I'll be busy.

Nice!! Question though... how do the pipes mount in on the back? it doesnt look like they use the stock exhaust hanger mounts, so how does it work? thanks!

The can brackets mount using the same holes as the rear peg brackets. The cans have threaded holes so the bolts run through the bracket from the inside and into the cans.

Well I think I have my heat issues taken care of. I did the small airbox mod last nite as well as the marble mod, and loaded the Dual HMF etc. map from dyno-jet into my power commander.

And after a spirited ride in this morning my seat o' pants dynometer says "whoa Yeah

".

I hit it briskley in 2nd gear up to about 7000 rpm, leveled off and from there hit it again...
