HMF Can't contact.

Anyone else being ignored by HMF lately? I've sent 3 emails over the last 3 weeks and they don't reply. I can't get the same clearance on the left side mid pipe to swing arm as I can on the right side. I'm rubbing on the left.
Dual high mounts- carbon cans. Did considerable spacing on each side at the brackets.
