I have also had the experience of hitting a deer. I was able to walk away because of my gear...the deer did not have such good luck though. Thank goodness for leathers, boots, gloves and a good helmet!
Sorry to hear about the wreck. I've been gone for while. SOunds like you're back on the road. If you ever decide on another Busa, the 08 is awesome! P.S. You can't see the back while you're riding it.
