I am new to forum and I just got my first busa. Ad said a 99 title said 99 frame said 99? fuel pump is in tank
? I need to know what year motor is? Can any one help? I will get motor # and call Suzsuki. Thanks {if youre over the hill you just pick up speed.} I will be 68 next year.

Welcome the board. yes, I believe the pump and filter are in the tank on those years but let someone confirm . what question do you have the motor?

99 "should" have an external pump,unless the tank was changed. Take off the seat and tell us ecu number, 99-00 ecu is 32920-24F21. While that isn't definitive to say it's a 99 motor, they would have to change several more items if that isn't the ecu number and it is actually a 99 motor.
