Take out the stars and everything is coded like you should need it.

For anyone else trying to get their pic that is hosted by the board in the sig line without the dotted box and shrunkenness, here is the answer.  This wasn't how it was done before, but it works now!!

Do not leave a space between the < and the "a" as well as the >

Other than that, you should be good to go with the code displayed for the beginning and the end.
