I am installing Heli bars and I am trying to remove the throttle assm from the bars. I have loosened the two screws but I do not know if the locating pin has released like it says. I cannot get the throttle assm off. Please help, I am in the middle of this with it part of the way apart in my garage and I would love to ride tomorrow.
