I had the Busa too close to where I was spray painting the front fender of my TLR. Now I have yellow overspray all over the '01. This sux hard!!! I tried using a light polish followed by wax, but that did nothing... Any recommendations... PLEASE?!?

Thanks

Simple, just use T-Cut although be careful not to rub too hard or you'll remove the original paint as well.

Just take your time, softley, and it will come off.

Wow, I thought I had heard of everything, but I have NEVER heard of "T-cut" and "Carisene"... are these available at hardware stores?

Thanks

Be careful with that stuff.
I took my bike to touch up place to get a scratch repaired and they got over spary all over the place. So I used Meguiars paint cleaner. It worked and I dont think it will harm original paint. I had to  do it twice and rub kinda hard but it looks good now. Then wax with what ever you like to use

like dabs said, clay bar.

BUT, easiest way is..... Mineral Oil.
will clean your paint like crazy. then wash the bike like normal and wax it. the Mineral Oil will do the same as Kerosene, but alot more user-friendly. :D

O, 'if' you decide to go with clay bar, make sure you get the lubricant for it and keep checking the bar for dirt. It will get dirt particles imbedded in it and work like sandpaper if not careful.

This is why a rag and Mineral Oil is the best solution. Specially since you are doing it soon after the overspray happened.
