While doing research for my 16bit to 32bit upgrade, I came across a few mentions of the Healtech FI Tuner Pro as an alternative to the PCV. They seemed to be gaining some popularity by the Gixxer crowd in 2011. I searched this forum but the information was very sparse other than from one of the sponsers who was promoting it.
About all that I was able to gather was that the FI Tuner Pro (FIT) modifies the ECU fuel maps where a PCV intercepts the fuel map information.
My questions are:
Has anyone here had any real-world experience with the product? What were the results? Any advantages over the PCV?
I know the ECU Editing is the end-all but I would still like to satisfy my curiosity about this product and just understand if it is a viable option to a PCV.
What do dyno tuners think about this product?
